- To issue a correct invoice — state and GSTIN determine the correct GST treatment
- To prevent fraud and abuse — for example, spotting duplicate or automated orders
- To measure and improve our advertising — aggregated conversion data via Meta Pixel
- To send occasional product updates — only if you opted in to the newsletter
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects.
4. Payment information
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. Card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, and net-banking credentials are entered on Cashfree's own secure interface. We never receive, see, or store them.
What we do receive from Cashfree is the order ID, the amount, whether the payment succeeded or failed, and the name and contact details you entered. Cashfree processes your data under its own privacy policy.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business:
- Cashfree Payments — payment processing
- Our email provider — sending delivery emails and, if you subscribed, newsletters
- Our hosting provider — storing website and order files
- Meta (Facebook) — aggregated advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel

6. Cookies and tracking
