Delivery Policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026Plain-English summary. Nothing is shipped physically. Everything is delivered by email, normally within a few minutes of payment, at no delivery charge, anywhere in the world.
1. This is a digital product
The Website Builder Bundle and all optional add-ons are digital goods. There is no physical shipment, no courier, no tracking number, and no delivery charge.
2. How and when it is delivered
- Method: email to the address you enter at checkout, containing your download links and access details
- Normal timing: within 2 to 5 minutes of a successful payment
- Outer limit: if there is a technical delay, within 24 hours — and we will tell you if that happens
- Delivery charge: none
- Where we deliver: anywhere, as long as you have a working email address
3. Getting the email address right
Your download links go to exactly the address you type at checkout. Please check it carefully before paying. If you realise you entered it wrong, contact us with your order ID and the correct address and we will resend.
4. If your delivery email has not arrived
- Wait five minutes and refresh your inbox
- Check Spam, Junk, Promotions, and Updates — emails carrying download links land there often
- Search your mailbox for "Sellnest"
- Add sellnestsolutions@gmail.com to your contacts and ask us to resend
If it still has not arrived, message us on WhatsApp at +91 89204 18993 with your order ID. We resend access manually, usually within a few hours.
5. Access period
Your purchase gives you lifetime access to the version of the bundle you bought. We recommend downloading everything to your own drive on the first visit, so you keep a permanent copy regardless of any future change to our hosting.
