1. Who we are

This website and the Website Builder Bundle are operated by Sellnest Solutions, based in Delhi, India ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at sellnestsolutions@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +91 89204 18993.

By purchasing from or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

2. What you are buying

The Website Builder Bundle is a digital product. A purchase gives you access to:

• A catalogue of Shopify store templates and WordPress themes
• A page builder and plugin toolkit used to assemble those templates
• Video training courses included with the bundle
• Any optional add-ons you selected at checkout

The exact contents, tool names, and version details are listed at checkout and in your delivery email. We may update, replace, or substitute individual items in the bundle where a third-party product is discontinued or its licence terms change.

3. Licence — what you may and may not do

You may:

• Use the templates and tools to build websites for yourself
• Use them to build websites for paying clients, and charge those clients for your work
• Modify, customise, and rebrand the templates for those projects

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the bundle files, download links, or access credentials — to clients, on any marketplace, or anywhere else
• Upload the files to any public or shared drive, torrent, Telegram channel, or file-sharing service
• Repackage the bundle, or any substantial part of it, as your own product
• Use a single purchase across multiple agencies or businesses that you do not own

The licence is personal to the buyer, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. We may revoke access without refund if we find the files being redistributed.

4. Third-party templates and tools

The bundle includes items produced by third parties. Those items remain subject to their own creators' licence terms, which may be more restrictive than ours. Where we are aware of such terms, we state them at checkout or in the delivery email.

You are responsible for confirming that your intended use — particularly commercial resale of derived work — is permitted under the relevant third-party licence. If you are unsure about a specific item, ask us before using it in a client project.

5. Payment, pricing and GST

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card details at any point.

If you provide a valid GSTIN at checkout, we will issue a GST invoice to that GSTIN. If you do not, we cannot add one retrospectively after the invoice has been generated.

Optional add-ons ("order bumps") selected at checkout are charged as part of the same one-time payment. Nothing on this site is a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

6. Delivery

Delivery is by email to the address you enter at checkout, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically.

It is your responsibility to enter a correct, working email address. If the delivery email does not arrive, check your Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders first, then contact us — we will resend it.

7. Refunds

Because this is a digital product delivered instantly and in full, we do not offer refunds once the download links have been sent. Our complete policy, including the situations where we do issue refunds, is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Support

Support covers access and delivery problems: broken links, missing files, corrupted downloads, and questions about what is included. We aim to respond within one working day.

Support does not include building your website for you, hosting or server configuration, debugging your own code or plugins, or design work. Those are separate services.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use anything in the bundle to build or operate websites that are illegal in India, that infringe someone else's intellectual property, that promote hatred or violence, or that are designed to defraud or deceive visitors.

10. No income or results guarantee

The bundle includes training on topics such as e-commerce and advertising. Nothing on this website, in the training, or in our communications is a promise or guarantee of income, sales, traffic, or business results. Outcomes depend on your own effort, skill, market, and many factors outside our control.

Nothing we provide is financial, legal, or tax advice.

11. Limitation of liability

The bundle is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your purchase is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that purchase.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or costs arising from website downtime. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
